Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ABC Global Library account and associated personal data from the mobile app at any time.

How To Delete Your Account

  1. Open the mobile app and sign in.
  2. Open Profile and select Delete account.
  3. Enter your current password and confirm the permanent deletion.

What We Delete

  • Your account profile information, including name and email address.
  • Authentication/session data connected to your account.
  • Saved reading and listening progress where it is tied to your account.
  • Personal account access records that are no longer needed to provide the service.

When Deletion Happens

Your account is deleted immediately after your password and final confirmation are accepted. This cannot be undone.
